Can't find a Lizzie but there is a Lily on the 1891 census born 1882 Wigton. Do you suppose the enumerator misheard the name?

I had an idea that it could be Lily Ismay in the 1891 census.

Well, it is Lizzie Ismay who married George Pears Roddam in 1909, Weardale, according to Free BMD.

There is a Lizzie Ismay on the 1901 census but she was born 1889, Newcastle, Northumberland. However her father was born Wigton, Cumberland. She's the right age to marry in 1909.
