I have just been trying to find someone via 192.com website, I think I've found the person I'm looking for, the children of the family are on the 2002 - 2006 register does this mean that they were 18years old by 2002 or at anytime between 2002 and 2006.

Also there was a Directors Report on one of the family can anyone tell me what that is please?

I think it means a business run by that name.
