	Hello Guys, I was hoping someone could help me with this, searching the LDS site i found the Abbreviation in the Birth place column, " Mannheim Baden NPB Subt", i know this city is in Germany but this is the question what is the,,,, NPB Supt,,,, all about, does anybody know ? Grateful for any answers......Lee
