OOOhh Maxine,

Please put them on as soon as you can - almost all 'my lot' are from Manchester + Salford areas.

I would love to find some photo's !

Hi Victoria I am assuming most of the pictures are from the manchester area as that is where my gran came from, but she also had links in Ireland, but I am going to spend time putting them on the website mentioned in this thread.

Where were the photos taken? Would love to take a look if you put them on photobucket or somewhere. I will be adding mine to there soon as I have at least 20 lovely photos but don't know who they are! There should be a photosreunited website!!

The Photobucket website is free to register and set up a photo album where you can add your pictures.

When you've completed you can then 'Share'

Hi I have just received a bundle of old photos from my gran's house to build up my tree.

I do not know who half of them are and am sure they are not my family but could be friends of my gran's, a lot of the pictures include weddings, babies, personal portraits, men in army uniform etc.

I am sure they would be really treasured by the family's next of kin, family or friends.

Is there any website that I could display these pictures, as I would love to know who these people are, and I am sure the families would love to receive the pictures, as I know how frustrating it is to find pictures of my ancestors and I would love to reunite these with the rightful owner.
