Which London Borough is that - ?Barking? You'd need to contact the local history library for the particular library. I was recently at Stratford library for Newham and found them most helpful.

Try the boroughs website under libraries and email them

Its always worth emailing them to ask if they have it - give them the address you are after - sometimes they are happy to send you the details free of charge.

They would only be available at the library local to the address that you are interested in.

Might be worth adding the town to your request.
