I obtained what I hoped, was the death cert of my great grandfather. The name was right, place right, age right. I was hoping the "informant" would give me some proof this was the right man. The death cert arrived and it was issued by the coroner as he was killed at work, so no family details for me to use. I contacted the Liverpool RO and they did a search for me and found 3 newspapers of the time had reported the death.

Sadly, the info given was almost identical to that on the death cert. So, where do I go from here, how can I find any possible family that will give me a clue????

As I must now go off line until the morning, I would appreciate a pm of any info that may help me solve this problem.

Thanks in anticipation.
