Access to updated trees

Since importing my tree from RootsMagic to GR, I have made several additions/amendments to the original RootsMagic tree. To avoid having to type all this new info into GR I intend importing my RootsMagic tree again which, I understand, will overwrite the current GR one. My question is - if I do this will any of my contacts who have access to my current tree automatically have access to the new one?

My second question is - I have noticed that a couple of my contacts who had access to my tree no longer have it, and I no longer have access to theirs. Is this because they no longer subscribe to GR?
