	What Electoral role date are you checking? What year was the first of their children born? You don't say if it is your materal or paternal parents you are looking for. Your parent's birth certificate will give Louise's maiden name. You can then look for a likely marriage shortly before the first of their children was born. If any of the children are born after 1911 their birth record on Ancestry will give Louise's maiden name.
