Death By Act of God

If any of you have found this on a death certificate, you may be interested to know, that while trawling through old newspapers, there was a case of a Baker 'falling down dead'. The newspaer reported that 'A post mortem was performed, where it was found he had had a brain haemorrhage and 'Death by Act of God' was put on the certificate.'

Interesting isnĀ“t it? If we wanted to be argumentive we could say that every death was an Act of God. I also like "Visitation by God". I want that on mine!

Saw it on a burial record. The guy was a miner and had died after a lump of rock fell down the shaft and hit him on the head!!
