you wont need to name names for Englsih death cert,just the person full name ,page ,vol,quarter district,and year,

you only need the GRO ref for the death . to order the cert how she was reg at birth is irrelevant

im just going to order death cert for one of my rellies but not sure what to put as on her birth cert she is down as daughter to her grandparents in fact she was there daughters, daughter and was living with her mum not the grandparents so whos name do i put on the death cert her mum or her grandmother,thank you for any help you can give also i have vol number but no page number
