Certificate 16030 issued 19 May 1928. viewed at the National Archives from 15th April 2008. Can anyone help? Live North Lancs, bit of a trek! Will reimburse of course, if anyone can help. 	As you have the number for the record, you can ask them for a quote to send you a copy. You need to click on Request this, at top right of page.
