Could someone please help me. On ancestry I could go on military and then on ww1 pensions and go through however many pages that person had on the files.

But last week my husband installed a new anti virus programme ' Norton 360' and since then I can go on the 1st page of the file and when I click on next page it freezes and I have to come out of the whole thing and start again but each time only get as far as page 1.

Ive found out quite a bit on info on these pages (and page 1 doesn't give much away) can anyone tell me (simply please) if I have to change anything on my computer or ancestry. Do you think it is because of this new 'Norton 360' if so what can I do about it.

I don't think it is NOrton I have and many others have experienced the same problem all week

Very annoying when you find something and it does it, especially when you are trawling through births, then cannot remember what year or quarter you was on.

I'm back again. Ive been back on ancestry and its not only the military views its happening on its also general things like ' frequently asked questions'. I click on it and thats it end of session. Same when I go on census to see address I can't get out of it. Would that still be ancestry or me
