Goodness me, they don't make tracking easy do they?

Any clues as to how I could find this birth of about 1836 or is it a lost cause?

Thanks for advice.

Details are scant unfortunately.

Phoebe Cohen born approx 1836 (age from English censuses which also state born in Dublin).

Parents were Moses Cohen born Spitalfieds, London approx 1811 and mother Rosetta nee Phillips also approx birth 1811 and born Spitalfields.

I haven't yet joined Jewish Genealogy. I would also very much appreciate feedback of this site before I join.
