In FTM 2006 you go to "File" scroll down to "Preferences"
On the "General Tab" in the bottom left hand corner, just above the "Customize Toolbar" button you can choose between English or Metric.

Hope that helps

I am fortunate in finding WW1 pension records for several individuals in my tree and would like to enter their recorded heights in feet and inches.

However, FTM only appears to have the facility in metric. Can this be changed?
Thanks.
