We have her marriage cert. but it only gives us her fathers name Arnold.
They got married in Norwich Norfolk

We do not know where or when they got married we have no info at all only that on the gravestone which says Arnold and his wife Frances. and daughter Mabel. I have to go out for a while now but will check mail later. I wish I could tell you more.

I have searched from 1897 - 1921 I cannot find a marriage for a Arnold C Allen

Wondering if he used is middle name or just Arnold

She got married 3rd August 1940. We can not get her birth cert. because we don`t know where she was born. We have tried Whitwell and also Norwich but no luck.

You need to find Mabel's birth reg'n..the cert will tell you her mother's name

Update it's ok I have found her death now was looking for Golsmith not Goldsmith

Yes Mabel married Frederick Golsmith in Norwich. We don`t know if there were any more children.

Hi can anybody please help. I am looking for Arnold Charles Allen`s wife Frances Hannah ?
Arnold was born 1879 Whitwell Norfolk and died 1957 in Norwich Norfolk and is burried there with his wife Frances who died 1950 age 65 and his daughter Mabel who died 1942 age 22.Arnold is on 1891 census and then dissapears. I have no idea what Frances name is or where she is from. Mabel is my brother-in-laws mother and he at the age of 66 has only just found out where his mother is burried which is sad as she died when he was only 6months old. He has no clues to where she was born. I have had several friends try to help but nothing. I have been to the church where they are burried still no luck. I can find no record of Arnold and Frances wedding either.
