Was wondering how people sort and organise their records am getting bogged under with paper and can't make head nor tail of it - any suggestions please?

Will give it ago. I have this awful habit of diversfying from who I'm looking for and then get carried away - I've go to be more disciplined! Like getting the tea out before it burns.
