Susan, i couldn't see him on the 1891, i would if you haven't already get his B/C, then you'll have his parents name which will make him a lot easier to find

Any ideas as to what i can try next???

Yes thats the one i have,she married William Jackson 1899,well im presuming i have the right one,on the marriage cert it has George as her father

Findmypast has possible matches for Frederick and Emma both in Islington.

Not got any credits on Findmypast to check the two entries out.
