How do I find out how old a photo is?

I know there's a website to put photos which are missing their owners onto. Pity I can't remember the name of it!

Try googling 'lostphotos' - I'm sure it's something like that. Or try a 'thread search' on here.

Hope you find a suitable home for it.

Today my husband went to the local skip to get rid of some household rubbish, and he found an old photo.

Its framed, and is very old, it looks to be a picture of a hospital, with ladies in uniforms,there are children and babies and lots of cots, and beds in rows.

We cant get into the back as the frame is sealed around it, but there is a label saying...W.E. & J.J.Mark, fine art dealers 237 Kensington High street, and then 141? Earls Court Road.

Would love to give it to the rightful owners, although it was put in the skip with a bag of newspapers, so maybe they just didnt want it.

Such a shame, its a lovely, old and very detailed picture.
