Thank you Reggie, I have looked on BMD for a death, and searched passenger lists (I think) and have just searched Boer War records....nothing. I am not very good at name variants though. Have you any ideas? |

I am tring to find out what happened to Jacob Reuben Theobald b1873 in Thorndon Suffolk. In the 1881 census he is living in a workhouse aged 10, 1891 he is a lodger (listed as Reuben) and then he seems to disappear. Does anyone have any ideas where to look from here? Many thanks, Lynda. |
