I really don't want to send this and dash your hopes but IGI has the marriage of William Powell and Ann Holmes, 21 Aug. 1837, Dudley. She's one of the other names on Free BMD.

I need help with this one please....

I have just stumbled accross this marriage on FreeBMD and i want/NEEEED it to be between William Powell and Rachael Fletcher but i was last in the line when patience was dished out!

I have sent for the cert (just now) and cant wait!

Can anyone with masses of patience work out who's with who?

The thing is...if i'm right... they had a Daughter Matilda Powell c1837 Wednesbury Staffs.

On the 1841 Matilda(3) was with an elderly couple William(63) and Sarah Green(65)...Walsall.

on the 1851 Matilda was with her Uncle...Abel Fletcher(60) Willenhall Staffs.

Did they die? was she dumped? Maybe i wont find that out but for now....back to this Marriage 1837...
