There are some farm jobs that are typically done indoors but, to be honest, I have noticed a paucity of shearing sheds in Cornawall. |

Agreed - but the boss is "Farmer of 120 acres employing 2 men and a boy". Then in the household are women "Servant (domestic) "and the males are these indoor farmers. No mention of also employing 2 women!! Chauvanists! |

The farm servants were actually live-in farm servants, as opposed to other farm workers who had their own homes and worked on the farms. Been there, done it! |
