A large lot of WW2 Paperwork to 7611929 Douglas Leslie Tomlinson RAOC. The lot includes his Service & Pay Book (includes his Will) and his Release Book. There are also documents and press cuttings that show he was in Palestine at the end of the War or just after. His Pay Book shows that he was awarded the Africa Star with 8th Army Clasp. Some of the other documents are the booklet "For Your Guidance" on leaving the Army, a leaflet for Reinstatement into Civil Employment, Certificate of Transfer, Palestine Post News Clipping, Armed Forces Grade Card, 1939/45 Star entitlement letter & a Farewell message from J H F Hitchcock CO No2 Base Ordinance Depot MEF. There are also lots of other bits of relevant paperwork. Interesting lot. Buyer to pay postage.
