I use Reunion, and like it very much. Kate has made a very good point concerning minimum detail requirements, having to stab a guess at year and place of birth isn't all that clever. |

I like Reunion, too. It doesn't force you to put minimum amounts of detail in, as the tree on this site does - if you have a married in relative and only know that she was called Mary, born in 1812 in Lancaster (or something) that is all you need to put in. If you know nothing about someone, you can put nothing in. |

The Genes United is a great site, and the record & display structure is user friendly and useful, & I will continue with it. What I would like is a similar system to use privately on my own MacIntosh computer - what I can't find on the web is any similar useful software that suits - any ideas? Thanks. Frank. |
