I'm looking for a marriage that took place in 1913, according to army records, in Glasgow. Does Scotland have something like a free BMD?
Marlene.

http://scotlandspeople.gov.uk is the site address, Marlene.
Unless the names are really "common" just enter both surnames as sometimes too much info works against you.
If you have a Mac or Mc then use M*c as that will list both spellings.
Also, sometimes if an event happens in December it may not be registered till January the next year, so be flexible with dates!

Ooops, too slow!! Glad you found it - you will now have the names of both sets of parents and whether they were deceased or not at time of marriage.
Good luck!
