Who is it you are trying to find? People moved a lot in years gone by and were rarely at the address stated on a cert by the time of the census.

You can do address lookups on Findmypast.

i usually use ancestry for census info but cant find the people i am looking for i have address for them from their wedding cert can i look up the address somewhere and find the rest of the family?
