I found an odd one, when trawling through all the 1901 images for a village.

There are four men, four wives and 14 children between them. They all have their ages but place of birth 'unknown'. They are two Hawkers of Fancy Goods and two Proprietors of Coconut Throws. There is not one name between them. Perhaps they were evading the tax man!

If anyone is looking for travellers - I may have found some. (I have saved the image if anyone wants it.)

I'm having fun now.

Try searching for 'Man' or 'Woman' or 'Unknown', it's amazing how many there are.

I remember a "man by road" on one.

But guys, enter a first name on its own (Ive done it a few times by accident) - its amazing how many entries come up.
