Anybody any information about the family of jabez and benjamin Puchase, born Walsall Staffs and John Purchase b Bloxwich, their father. Also his second wife Eliza, born Holleman in Rugely, Staffs??
I would welcome any knowledge of this family as I can't find any further back on my own. This semms to be one of the few Purchase families that doesn't originate down South or in the South West and I would love to know why!

Oh dear. I haven't been on my Genes account for absolutely ages and I really MUST apologise for not contacting you to say thankyou for your information.
As it happens I did have these names and some of the info but you have filled in the detail and I am very grateful. I want go further back and I have a Joseph Purchase in the late 1700's. I can follow his line down to Jabez and then Jabez is easy comparatively. But I can't seem to go back easily and don't know if it's due to no records being made or what.
Anyway, I can't say thanks and sorry enough.
