How long did it take for yours to arrive?

Just wondering as I can't remember the despatch date I was given

Check your email box, you should have an order confirmation. Cert should arrive about a week after the order was placed but the last one I ordered was about 10 days late

I ordered a birth certificate on the 16 May, dispatch date 23 May, it was printed off on the 27 May and arrived today.
Note This certificate has been produced outside our normal system due to the poor quality of the original filmed record.

I ordered 2 yesterday despatch date 5th June I also ordered one on the 21st May and received it on the 29th I thought is quite good

Hi Louise
I received an E-mail from them yesterday as it had been 14 days since I ordered they told me they were very busy and were running at 9 working days instead of four, They also sent me someone else's certificate.
