Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 367 Send Message	Dear Nicky S after the entry usually means supplementary entry - may mean the child was adopted or the birth entry was amended - example - the parents may have decided to name the child with an alternative name/or for instance the child was illegitimate and then the parents married/the child was named after the husband but he wasn't the father and he disputed this fact.
