Can't find William and Letitia Pinnock (nee Steel) on 1861

Have her on 1871 living with her brother and her children...and on 1881 as the licensee of The Clarendon in Bow. My great great uncle was a lodger there and she married him.

She was born c1838 in Fulham, Middlesex and married William Pinnock in 1860 in Wandsworth.

Thanks

Linda

If that was her husband's death in 1866, how come she has an eight month old daughter on the 1871 census?
