If she died using her maiden name, it won't be so easy to search to see if she had any children. It would be guesswork, unless you bought alot of certificates on the off-chance....
If you bought her death cert. the informant's name might lead you to a little more information.

The 1911 census in a few years time might help...

Wow that was quick, thank you for the information Portland Rose and Gwyn. I had no information on my grandfathers sister Ann, is there any way I would be able to find out if she married or had children at all, as she was 33 when she died I would think that was a possibility? The marriage is my Great Grandfather and Grandmothers.

There is a big gap between the children......

I am a newbie to this as I only started last week. My paternal grandfather was Albert Victor Prickett b1890 in Canning Town, he had a sister Ann born 1879 New Brompton, his parents Thomas b.1854 and Ann b.1856 both born in Pembrokeshire although I don't know a town, although I have a certificate that says that Thomas's father also called Thomas (son of James of LLandshipping) was made Burgess of Boro of Pembroke in 1861. I am led to believe my grandfather Albert had other siblings but don't know how to find out and also find out if his sister got married. If anyone can help point me in the right direction I would be grateful.
