Hi Stephen
Henry CHAPMAN born c 1800 in England ,died 1874, married Ann BATES born 1801 in Teston,Kent, Eng,died 1881. They settled in Holland Landing,Ontario-Ann & children arriving in 1834- Henry arrived earlier. When did Canadian census start? Interested in if any GILBERT family were at some stage neighbours of theirs,particularly John (b 1823) & Jane ,nee MATCHETT & his brother Michael (b 1834 ) & wife Harriett,nee OBEE. John & Michael Gilbert born Teston,nephews of Ann CHAPMAN,nee BATES-known to be living in Holland Landing area.

Hi thanks for this Benjamin Hutchison and his wife Eliza Hutchison she was baptised in 1796 in Bristol do not know where he was born or his birth details. They got married in 1816 in London and we have some letters sent to them in 1823/1832 but cannot find them on 1841/1851 census. She had a brother in New Brunswick George Greenwood. Sheila

Thank you for the offer. Could you find a death for Mary Dolan. I know she was born in Montreal in April 1914 but can not find any other trace so think she may have died when a child
