Does anyone have access to Montgomeryshire parish records please, looking for the above, born abt 1823 father Rees or Reece Williams, know mothers name but fingers crossed it's Ruth. lol

Hi is Montgomeryshire in Wales?? If not where is it, sorry I am scottish but noticed a birth in Wales on Family search, not sure if its yours though.

Yes sorry it is in Wales, I have done an IGI search,but havn't really found anything. Which one did you find and were was she born, I could have missed something.

LOL Betty that's the one I was banking on till I spoke to Powys Record office this morning, I was hoping it would be close to Mont' or in the same county at the time, but no miles away. Sarah Williams in Wales is like John Smith in England I don't think I stand much of a chance.
