Got this will extract from Rootsweb through googling, Does anyone know how I could get a copy of the whole thing, bearing in mind it was 1833, and the Probate Office in York only has records from 1858 onwards.

15 Jan 1833. Thomas Bartlett, Palace St Pimlico St.Margarets Westminster
Coal merchant widower, died 26th Aug 1832.

Left unadministered by William Bartlett and Lucy Bartlett spinster - children
and two of next of kin, to Thomas Critchett of Bank of England one of

it looks like you may need to look in the Canterbury archives. There is obviously a will recorded and it you have a note that it was through the prerogative court of Canterbury this should be the place to start.

Thanks John, will google Canterbury Archives and see what I can come up with.

It would also be worth looking at the National Archives site as it has wills from the prerogative court of Canterbury.2 entries come up for Thomas Bartlett and you can order a copy of the will if you decide it is the right one at a cost of £3.50.This is available through their Online service.
You could also Google 'prerogative court of Canterbury' and see what comes up.
Good luck
