He was born in 1884 in Lewisham(we think).He had two brothers Horace Percy and Sidney Percy and a sister Mabel Percy.We know their mothers maiden name was Percy because she gave her kids her maiden name as their middle names.Jesse Betts is my husbands grandfather.
