Hi, I wish this was the case. I hate to add gloom to the proceedings but....

I ordered a certificate on the 14th May from GRO. They sent me the wrong certificate which I received on the 22nd May. This was sent streight back.

I am still waiting. Two phone calls later and they informed me that I am likely to have to wait another two weeks because of the number of wrongly sent out cerificates that they are having to deal with.

I am not a happy bunny!!!

just wanted to update all ordered my certs on the 12 june recieved them all yesterday .so looks like they may have caught up
