hi iwonder if anyone could help in finding this family on the 1851/61/71 census
this is all the info i have
thomas gerrard married sarah gerrard 1844 in manchester lancashire they had one daughter that i know of elizabeth gerrard born c1848 manchester lancashire
elizabeth married in 1872 and died in 1881 so it is the 1851/61/71 census that i am looking for her .
any help would be great

Which of the marriages in 1872 is hers - the location - was it Preston or Chorlton?

cant tell you that as this info was passed onto me i have sent off for the marriage cert and elizabeths birth today but just wondered if i could find them on the census

and i have them on the 1881 census and then she died in childbirth in 1881 and her husband then married ?? but never found the marriage to my great grandma catherine hodgetts.

Not found anything worth posting.

3 submitted entries on IGI but as two of them have presumably take info from the 1881 census as to her husband I would rule them out as inaccurate.

Think you will have to get the marriage cert first just to confirm the name of her father.

Not sure where you got your info from. Thomas and Sarah never married each other, they married others on the same page:
