Legacy does have a free version and it is good too - but version 7 is the delux (pay for) version.

I love this latest version!! lol I am having so much fun finding my way around the new features.....

Love the Mapping - shows microsoft virtual earth road maps and arial views - added plus is that some places have a birds eye view too. Clicking on someone's name you get a map with coloured pins stuck in the various places associated with them, and will also list other names in your tree associated with a place.

Chart feature - you can create all the different kinds of trees/charts and print them off.

Relationship Calculator - will now also work out the relationship of people in your tree who are not blood relatives..... I just found out I was related to a chap who was my aunt's husband's aunt's husband's aunt's husband's nephew! lol
