I have ordered 5 certs. in the last month and received all within 10 days.

It seems that they are still clearing out the "backlog" from when they became part of the passport office, they are sometimes still taking 3-4 weeks.

I rang them after 4 weeks and they told me it had been dispatched and offered to send a replacement, I then received two!

Does anyone know how long should take. Ordered on 8th June and still not arrived. When I rang up they said they can't check as computer systems not working?
