	Jeanette, Glen or anyone Help please I've purchased credits for Scotlands People, found the entry I want. Now how do I download. Already wasted some credits I think. Is there a time limit to using them. It's showing 21.59 at the top. Linda

Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 43 Send Message	Hi Linda, Did you click on view for 5 credits and say yes? If so you should then get the next page with the entry you want sitting above the coloured boxes - click on it and it should open up. If it doesn't go into my details and check the boxes with ActiveX or Java and see which one of them brings up the ScotlandsPeople logo when you click on it and that's the one to set for your downloads. Also at the top right hand corner is the amount of time you have left in hours e.g I have1336h. Hope this is some help. Hollyd
