WWII Service Records

You have to send off for WWII service records, they cost £30, can take some months to arrive and you have to have permission from the next of kin.

I have just discovered he was at Belson.

I want to investigate further.

Does anybody know how, or if at all possible, I can obtain the Army service records of my Grandfather? Will it tell me where and when he was posted?

Any help appreciated.
