Hi Peter,
what i done was to change my
home address (in my details )
but when i later looked it was back to my
old home address,
i tried this about 4 times and every time it went back to my old address.
I have emailed GRO now have to wait 4/5 working days for them to reply.
Hazel
p.s. tried to phone again but was told that i would be disconnected.

According to the GRO site you should be able to change your postal address by going into the My Details section.

You can't however change your email address, for this you must set up a new registration. I also suspect that it may not be possible to re-register with the same email.

Let us know how you get on, for future reference.

Hazel,

Have you tried to register as if you were a new customer with a new address and new password? It might work.

Not a very friendly way to run a business is it?

have you tried sending them an e mail? you have to put something specific in the subject line (it tells you on their site - contact us -) or else you just get an auto reply.

otherwise try phoning again tomorrow.
