Does anyone else have problems with Ancestry? every time I try to upgrade freezes, still have credit but everytime I click on something to view freezes? is it my computer?

Several people have reported problems recently. I will bump up some of the treads on the subject, in case they help.

Some of the solutions appear to be:-

1. disable Norton Confidential, if you have it
2. un-install Ancestry's 'enhanced' viewer
3. try Firefox, instead of Internet Explorer
