I have a relative who died between census 1841 (alive) and
1851 census (deceased). I reckon this puts him as aged 30 - 40.
BUT due to familar surname (william Roberts) I cant get a death cert to learn how he died so I am stuck. (Not without buying every cert with the same name and thats quite a few !)
Can anyone suggest a way forwards??

As he was born in 1811 Rhyl I dont see how I can locate the appropriate records of birth/marriage. and proceed with the search into family history.

There won;t be a birth cert, they didn't exist before 1837. Hve you checked the IGI for a baptism?

What's the name / age / place?
