Could someone please check this one for me, who he was living with and the address if possible.

I've just searched Ancestry using the same search info (J Hibbert born 1864) and nothing is listed.

If I want to know more I will need to pay the fee on the 1901 online site.

He/she is not resident in the civil parish of Lancaster...............no civil parish listed for the entry

The way the info is recorded looks like an institution of some sort.........
