Trying to find my 3 half sisters any help apprecia

Hi, I'm trying to located my three half sisters. I have found their births on this site. Not sure what to do next or how to go about finding them. The information i have so far are as follows: Elizabeth, A. Blundelll, born 1945 (oct,nov,dec) Surrey. S.W. Vol2a page 856.
Geraldine, M, Blundell, born 1948 (jan/feb/march), Worthing. Vol5h page 663.
Lesley, I. Blundell, born 1949 , vol 5h page 622.
Their fathers name is George Ackland Blundell, born 27/04/1924 and their mothers name is Mildred Irene Mcrae born in Canada and they were married in Canada. My father was in the Royal Air Force in England. Any help would be appreciated as im new to this.

Found a marriage in jul-sep 1970 for Lesley Blundell to a Mr Triggs Vol 5h 1336, registered in Chichester. She would be 21yrs then.

You couldn't prove it without sending off for the certificate.
