? Saving photos in Email

If you are using Outlook Express, you can save the email. Open the message you want to save, then click on File - Save as. This will give a pop-up where you can select the directory you want to save in, give a meaningful name or let it default to whatever is in the subject line, and select a type - .txt being one of the types.

Right click on photo save picture and then it will ask where in dropdown menu pick my pictures then click save at bottom

Will someone please tell me how I can save photos etc. to' File ' if they have not been sent as an ' Attachment ' ?
