I bought a marriage cert hoping to find the age of my Gt Gt Grandfather so I can progress with the tree. But both his and his wifes ages state something like "full age" which is less than helpful!!!

Can anyone tell me what this means?

Thanks

Full age usually means over 21. ie old enough to marry without parents consent etc. Not a lot of help is it. Have you found them on a census anytime?

If you would like to post details of the marriage, I will have a look for them.

Ok thanks, that might help narrow down my search :)
