You need to contact GR to get a refund I think............they should be able to help you out.

Oh dear.

I think all you will get is the image showing the birth registration details. I hope you are not expecting to see the actual certificate.

can anyone please tell me why i can't download the birth image i have paid for - it just does'nt load on the image veiwer if you see what i mean
