This is the closest one I can find:
1851 census
3 Matilda St., Bethnal Green
Henry Ayris, head, 24, cordwainer, born St Georges East
Emma, wife, 24, dressmaker, born Bishopgate
Sarah, dau, 3, born St. Georges East
Joseph, bro, 20, cordwainer, born St. Georges East
Thos. Papworth, bro-in-law, 20, cordwainer, born Bishopgate

(Thos is listed after the brother so it reads do (ditto)-in-law, meaning bro-in-law. The transcriber has read it as dau-in-law.)

Could this be him? It says daughter in law to head but I think it's possibly brother in law

Do you have him on any other census? I cannot see him readily on the 1851.
